Rockingham County Public Schools would like to remind families about the Sentara Vaccine Clinic at Broadway High School on Tuesday, August 19, from 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
Vaccines Offered (No Cost for Students)
Meningitis A
Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
HPV (Human Papillomavirus)
A completed parent/guardian consent form must be submitted prior to the clinic to guarantee your child receives their vaccine.
