Broadway High School

Yesterday 42 students from Fulks Run, Lacey Spring, Plains, and Linville-Edom elementary schools participated in this year's Young Leader's Conference at Broadway High School. BHS students in the SCA Ambassadors (formerly known as the ACES) planned and ran the event. The conference has been held for the past 11 years.  The purpose is to provide a leadership development opportunity for local 5th graders.  It also gives them a chance to meet future friends before they actually transition to JFHMS next year.  The SCA Ambassadors also gain leadership experience by planning the event and leading the activities.
